PRIVATE, FARM-BASED WELLNESS EXPERIENCES IN MAPLE LEAF, ON
REST | RECONNECT | GROW
Equine Facilitated Wellness Experiences

Sometimes clarity arrives without forcing the words.
Step out of the noise, into the quiet of the farm, and discover what becomes possible when you slow down beside a horse.
What it is

No riding
All activities are completed from the ground.
No experience needed
You can arrive curious, cautious or completely new to horses.
A guided experience you can feel—not another thing to perform.
Equine-facilitated wellness is an experiential way to explore connection, communication, confidence and meaningful change alongside a horse. Rather than sitting across from someone and trying to explain everything perfectly, you take part in simple, purposeful activities with Lucy while we guide the experience and help you reflect on what you notice.
Horses respond to what is happening in the moment: our pace, body language, boundaries, consistency and clarity. That honest feedback can make patterns easier to see and give you a safe place to practise a different response.
Not psychotherapy
This is facilitated wellness and experiential learning.
Always your choice
Participation is voluntary and adapted to your comfort.
YOUR REASON FOR COMING
What do you need more of right now?
You do not need to choose the perfect exercise. Begin with how you want to feel, and we will shape the experience around you.
PATH ONE
Rest
Slow down, step away from everyday demands and create room to breathe when life has felt like too much.
PATH TWO
Reconnect
Come back to yourself or strengthen trust, communication and connection with someone important to you.
PATH THREE
Grow
Notice blind spots, practise new behaviours and move toward a goal with more confidence, clarity and follow-through.

Brie Wittmann
YOUR FACILITATOR
Meet Brie
I’m a certified Equine Assisted Learning facilitator, Life Coach and Holistic Wellness Practitioner in training. My role is not to hand you a rehearsed answer. It is to create a thoughtful experience, ask useful questions and help you notice what may be difficult to see from inside your everyday life.
I bring my background in education, coaching and holistic wellness together here at the farm so each experience can feel personal, practical and genuinely human.
YOUR EQUINE PARTNER
Meet Lucy
Lucy is a buckskin Quarter Horse with a silly, curious and loving personality. She enjoys scratches, hay and being involved in whatever is happening around the farm.
Lucy is not a prop or a tool. She is a willing partner whose comfort and choice matter throughout every experience. Her honest, in-the-moment responses often invite clients to slow down, become clearer and try something new.

"I learned so much in my session with Lucy and Brie. I learned what it was like to have a horse trust you, to confidently get Lucy to navigate the course, and it felt so good when she listened and moved where I wanted her to."

Frequently asked questions
Before you come to the farm.

Will I be riding?
No. All Witts End equine-facilitated wellness activities are unmounted and completed from the ground.
What should I wear?

What if I feel nervous?
That is completely okay. We move at a pace that respects your comfort, and participation is always voluntary.
Does the weather affect appointments?
Yes. Experiences depend on safe weather, footing and farm conditions. Brie will contact you if an appointment needs to be adapted or rescheduled.
Is this therapy?
No. Witts End provides facilitated wellness and experiential learning, not psychotherapy, crisis care or medical treatment.
